LIBRARY ​LEARNING COMMONS HOURS
Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4pm 
Friday 8:15am - 1:45pm

The Library Learning Commons (LLC) is open to students for study, computer use, coursework, and lunch. Students may come to the LLC during class time with permission from a teacher.

Tutoring and homework help is available after school Tuesday-Thursday for all Math, Science, English and Social Studies coursework.

We allow students to eat lunch at tables in the Library Learning Commons. No food or drink are allowed at computers.

AVAILABLE RESOURCES:

  • Fiction and Non-Fiction Books
  • Magazines
  • Laptops all have internet access with Microsoft Office software.
    Student login details are: firstname.lastname followed by a password.

Photocopying: Printing is available to the Library Copier coded SSS.FollowMe.BW. Students will need to login to the photocopier using their username (firstname.lastname) and password. 

Loan Periods: 4 item limit for a period of 2 weeks. Books need to be returned or renewed within 2 weeks. 

Late Fees: There are no late fines but you are expected to return all borrowed materials on time. You may renew a book at any time as long as you do not have any that are overdue. If you damage or lose library materials you will have to pay to repair or replace them. 

Holds: If a book you want is out, you can ask to have it reserved for you at the circulation desk.

Requests: Please let Mr. Wetmore drew.wetmore@sd6.bc.ca or Mr. McInnis scott.mcinnis@sd6.bc.ca know if there is a book you want that is not in our book collection. You can recommend a book for purchase.
