School Cash Online

School District 6 is rolling out SchoolCash Online as an easy to use, safe and convenient way for parents and guardians to pay for their student’s school fees, such as field trips and yearbooks, directly online.

-SchoolCash Online is a safe, fast and convenient web-based solution that gives parents the ability to pay for selected student items directly out of a chequing account - similar to paying by debit card or credit card.

-Parents can make payments, print, or view their receipts and their current account history.

-It takes less than 5 minutes to register.

Parent Handout

Developed by the Canadian company KEV group, SchoolCash Online, strictly complies with Canadian legislation on personal information protection and electronic documents, and Canada’s anti-spam legislation. Data collected through this service is stored on Canadian servers. Also, SchoolCash Online complies with the latest payment system security standards.

Clevr Online Forms

At the start of the 2023-2024 school year, the District embarked on a project to make forms electronic.  It is our goal to reduce paper consumption, reduce the risk of losing forms containing sensitive information, reduce the duplication of information, make some administrative tasks less paper intensive, and help make processes for families more seamless.

There were some challenges as we implemented this new system, we've appreciated your patience as we've learned together! The login is available here: Clevr.

The District has created a Clevr Guide for Parents/Guardians for your use. If you run into problems, please contact our school office.
